client relationships as an Account Manager with City Wide of
Greater Houston. We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join
our Houston team and serve as the trusted partner for our clients.
In this role, your priority is ensuring customer satisfaction
through consistent communication, problem-solving, and service
delivery. You’ll be the connection between our clients and internal
teams, making sure every account receives the attention and support
it deserves. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact
for assigned accounts, ensuring a positive client experience.
Develop strong, long-term relationships that encourage trust and
client retention. Address client needs promptly and coordinate with
internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitor account
health and proactively identify opportunities to improve service.
Support contract renewals and account growth through excellent
service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Communications, or related field (preferred). 2 years of experience
in account management, client success, or customer service .
Exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple
accounts simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to present and collaborate effectively with all levels of
an organization. Willingness to drive to meet with clients onsite
50% of the day. Business to Business upselling services to
