Job Description:
Job Description Role Description This is a part-time, on-site
role for a Medical Scribe based in Pearland, TX. The Medical Scribe
will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters,
maintaining detailed medical records, and assisting physicians with
clinical administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include
preparing medical charts, transcribing medical information, and
ensuring accurate use of medical terminology. Qualifications
Proficiency in Scribe-related tasks, including documenting patient
interactions and maintaining detailed records Strong knowledge of
Medical Terminology and Human Anatomy Experience in Medical
Assisting or similar healthcare support roles Excellent
Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Attention to
detail and organizational skills Familiarity with electronic health
records (EHR) systems is a plus High school diploma or GED;
additional certification or training is advantageous
