position is for an Email Marketing Communication Specialist ,
supporting B2B communications for AARP Medicare Supplement Plans on
the Distribution team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with
internal teams and effectively deliver key messages to audiences
with accuracy and professionalism while maintaining brand
integrity. This role places heavy emphasis on creating, designing
and managing simultaneous email campaigns and landing pages,
automating agent journey workflows, pulling and managing email
lists, analyzing campaign results and providing key takeaways and
action plans. Candidates must be an organized, motivated self -
starter with excellent oral communication skills, as well as great
attention to detail. The candidate must have the ability to perform
in a fast - paced environment, be flexible, and prioritize multiple
time-sensitive tasks simultaneously. This position is full - time.
Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. All
Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's
Telecommuter Policy. Primary Responsibilities: Create and manage
email campaigns and landing pages using HTML and CSS Design email
templates and landing pages for digital campaigns Automate agent
journey workflows and conduct A / B testing Use data and analytics
to clearly articulate performance, value, and areas of improvement
Manage email lists including list segmentation, tracking bounces,
unsubscribes and undeliverable email addresses Help write email
copy for various target audiences, and proof content for B2B
materials including brochures, emails, flyers, newsletters and
social media messages Prioritize projects, manage timelines, tasks
and deliver quality work on time Project manage own work including
creating a plan with key milestones and timelines for each project
Deliver projects on schedule and manage multiple deadlines while
effectively partnering across teams You'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's
Degree (or higher) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations,
OR related field 2 years of experience in the development and
execution of marketing communications campaigns 2 years of
experience with email marketing automation platforms (Eloqua,
Marketo) and nurture campaigns 2 years of experience with
Salesforce (Exact Target), Constant Contact, OR similar email
systems Working knowledge in HTML and CSS Understanding of email
design and best practices to increase engagement Proficient with
using Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Microsoft
Excel (editing tables, formulas), and Microsoft PowerPoint (editing
presentations) Experience with A / B OR multivariate testing
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (Domestic) Ability to work
any shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Preferred
Qualifications Experience with writing content for various
audiences Experience with working in the Medicare OR health care
industry Design experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative
Suite Telecommuting Requirements: Required to have a dedicated work
area established that is separated from other living areas and
provides information privacy Ability to keep all company sensitive
documents secure (if applicable) Must live in a location that can
receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet
connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service Soft
Skills: Excellent written, grammar, and oral communication skills

Colorado / Connecticut / Nevada / Washington / New York / Rhode
Island residents is $67,800 - $133,100. Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
