Maintenance Technician for our Southwest client! We are looking for
experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview
immediately! DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Job Title: Facilities
Maintenance Technician Location: Southwest Houston Pay: $18.00 -
$25.00 per hour Hours: Monday- Friday 7am to 3:30pm Duration: Temp
to Hire Description of Duties: Interior and exterior upkeep and
maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Minor maintenance (i.e.
changing light bulbs, leaky faucet repair, painting). Ensure
heating and cooling systems are operational. Performed routine
maintenance on HVAC systems. Requirements: Ability to perform
repairs and operate power and hand tools or equipment used in
routine maintenance. Journeyman Electrician or HVAC license is a
plus. Basic plumbing, electrical and carpenter skills. WHO WE ARE:
