Galveston, TX We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC
Technician to support a multifamily apartment community in
Galveston, TX . This position requires hands-on apartment
maintenance experience and HVAC certifications. Requirements (Must
Have): Multifamily / apartment HVAC experience EPA Certification
HVAC Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable
transportation and tools Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and
maintain HVAC systems in apartment homes Complete service requests
and work orders in a timely manner Perform preventative maintenance
on HVAC equipment Assist with unit turns and general maintenance as
