Heidelberg Materials, a respected leader in the construction materials industry, seeks a dedicated Ready Mix Driver to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient delivery of ready-mixed concrete to various construction sites, maintaining high standards of safety, and contributing effectively to our on-time delivery commitment. As part of HeidelbergCement Group, you will be part of a robust global network that focuses on quality materials and sustainable practices. Operate a ready mix truck to transport concrete to various job sites. Ensure timely delivery and unloading of concrete, respecting customer schedules and site requirements. Maintain vehicle to company standards, including routine inspections and necessary reports for maintenance. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly equipment. Coordinate with dispatch and construction site managers to manage delivery specifications and adjustments. Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism on-site. Proficiency in driving heavy commercial vehicles. Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction and transportation. Ability to navigate routes efficiently with a good sense of direction. Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers. Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine truck maintenance.
