Job Description:
GEICO, a leading auto insurance provider known for our

looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be the front line of
interaction with our Spanish-speaking clients, helping to resolve
their inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy. Your
expertise in communication and your ability to handle complex
situations will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation
for top-tier customer service. Handle incoming calls and inquiries
from Spanish-speaking customers regarding insurance policies and
claims. Provide accurate information about products and services to
clients and potential clients. Resolve complaints and issues
swiftly and with the utmost courtesy. Document all customer
interactions for quality and training purposes. Collaborate with
other team members and departments to best address customer needs.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on GEICO’s policies
and the insurance industry. Fluency in Spanish and English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong
problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask
and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Customer Service Certification (e.g., CCCS - Certified Customer
Service Specialist) is a bonus.
