Licensed Texas School Psychologist Full-Time Contract Role in West Houston Area A full-time, onsite position is available for a Licensed Texas Psychologist (LSSP/PSYCH) to support K-12 campuses in the West Houston area. This school-based role involves working directly within schools to provide psychological services, including evaluations, behavior support, and consultation with educators and families to help meet students' needs. Key Qualifications: Valid and active Texas LSSP/PSYCH license (submission of license screenshot required) Previous school-based experience, preferably within public school settings Demonstrated ability working with students exhibiting behavioral challenges and Autism spectrum disorders Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to West Houston campuses Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills for collaboration with school personnel and families Ability to complete required fingerprinting and onboarding promptly Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student needs and provide diagnostic insights Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and support strategies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized student plans Provide ongoing consultation and crisis intervention when necessary Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations Contract Details: Location: West Houston area, TX (onsite) Duration: Current school year through June 4, 2026 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (no part-time candidates) Interview: Virtual via Microsoft Teams (1530 minutes) This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development and success within a dynamic school environment.
