You will focus on routine services and inspections that keep the shop flowing efficiently. Weekend availability is required and balanced by two consecutive days off during the week. What You’ll Be Doing Perform state inspections Complete oil changes and routine maintenance services Execute Rack Attack inspections (underhood, mid-rise, and high-rise) Replace light maintenance items such as: Batteries Filters Wiper blades Fluids Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards Work within a structured system designed to keep bays moving Important to Know No sales responsibilities No heavy mechanical or undercar repair work Inspections and workflow are clearly defined so you can stay productive This is a true General Service role—not a “do everything” position Compensation Details $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience Consistent hours and predictable pay Designed for stability and long-term fit What We’re Looking For Previous General Service Technician experience preferred Comfortable with inspections, oil changes, and basic maintenance Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willing to work weekends in exchange for weekday time off Coachable attitude and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and clean driving record How to Apply If you’re a General Service Technician looking for steady work, clear expectations, and a well-run shop, we’d like to speak with you.
