Job Description Job Description Work with your hands building housings, frames, and skids using manual shop tools — brakes, shears, and rolls. No experience needed, just a willingness to work, learn, and take pride in what you make. Training provided, steady hours, great team environment. Responsibilities: Cut, bend, and form sheet metal using manual tools (brake, shear, roll, punches, etc.). Help assemble frames and housings. Learn measuring, layout, and fitting skills. Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized. Qualifications: Reliable and mechanically inclined. Able to read a tape measure and use hand tools. Welding or fabrication experience is a plus but not required. Company Description Tisdale Company is a small, family-owned business that designs and builds custom mechanical and HVAC equipment. We’re looking for someone comfortable in SolidWorks who wants to learn how real-world fabrication and design come together. You’ll work directly with our engineer to turn ideas into fabrication drawings and help support the shop crew.
