Functional Areas of Responsibility Accurate quantity take-off Cost estimating Productivity analysis Business partner solicitation Development of vendor bid tabs and selection Scheduling Specific Duties and Responsibilities Review and analyze project plans and specifications Perform quantity take-off as directed Preparation of discipline cost estimates Assist in solicitation of subcontractor and supplier quotes to assure sufficient coverage of all scopes of work Assist in schedule preparation and analysis Qualifications Required for this Position Education Bachelor’s degree in related field (engineering or construction management degree preferred), or equivalent experience Experience Basic knowledge of construction documents, construction techniques, and equipment capabilities High degree of accuracy with work product and calculations Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Oral and written communication skills Benefits & Compensation We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and a matching 401K plan.
