You will be a seasoned technology lead with a track record in partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver innovative and scalable solutions, particularly in the areas of post trade modernization and automation.You think strategically but have a strong commercial focus and are committed to realizing exceptional value for our business.Your role will entail forging strong working relationships with Operations stakeholders as well as technology teams across the world.You will have:A technical/software engineering background in Java with exposure to cloud native technologies, ideally AWSStrong technical architecture and solution design skillsBias towards strategic thinking and transformational change deliveryStrong delivery focus - quickly and incrementally moving our architecture towards the desired target stateThe ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and design holistic and robust solutionsExceptional ability to influence, create alignment and effect change with senior stakeholdersExperience of managing teams both locally and in remote locationsIn addition, the following would be advantageous but are not essential:Commodities product knowledge, especially energy productsTrade booking and lifecycle flowsExposure to data architecture, data platforms and data analytics toolsAbout the Corporate Operations GroupThe Corporate Operations Group brings together specialist support services in Digital Transformation & Data, Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Business Services, Business Improvement & Strategy, and the Macquarie Group Foundation.
