Responsible for developing, organizing, and leading external
communications to support strategic business goals. If you are able
to work during East Coast working hours, you will have the
flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of
corporate communications strategies and activities that align to
and help advance business objectives Accountable for strategies and
content of all business communications including but not limited to
presentations for provider groups, presentations for payors, member
communications, newsletters, web content, research results, email
marketing, newsletters, event programs, invitations, and other
printed collateral and others Report directly to the Market
President to promote brand awareness and consistency across the
business but works in close partnership with Marketing department
and team Accountable for developing organizational infrastructure
for communications and building and leading processes for internal
reviews including but not limited to compliance, legal, business
partners etc. Completes end-to-end assessment of all external
facing communications, identifying opportunities for consistent
content, presentation, and style while focusing on our value
proposition Manage an annual content update process to review and
update business extensive content catalogue Work with the team to
ensure alignment of messaging, branding and visual assets Provide
leadership with insights into communication market trends and
shifting needs All staff members are to promote a positive and
productive work environment by acting maturely and responsibly,
satisfactorily performing his or her job responsibilities and
conducting themselves in a professional, courteous and respectful
manner toward fellow employees, physicians and patients Must relate
to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: Get along

interested in. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or
equivalent experience 5 years of relevant experience of working in
in health care communications, particularly working in Medicare
Advantage, insurance, or provider-facing roles Familiarity with
Medicare regulations regarding member communications Demonstrated
experience with decision-making., Experience should include
in-depth, hands-on exposure in dealing with multiple constituents
and customers Demonstrated success working in dynamic, fast-paced
environment Ability to effectively interface with teammates and
management. Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills
that demonstrate the organization's commitment to superior customer
service, including quality, care and concern with all internal and
external customers Ability to travel as required Careers at

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or
Washington residents is $101,200 to $184,000. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
