Primary Responsibilities: Read & understand State RFPs to Identify
new innovative solutions and opportunities for Non-standard IT
requirements while managing capabilities across domains and
products of Medicaid programs under the C&S Growth Portfolio
Delivery of big rock capabilities for Medicaid implementation
programs while being fiscally responsible and working across
product platforms and partnering with accountable owners Ensure
alignment and understanding of program / project scope and
objectives with the organization's strategic objectives, in
consultation with applicable stakeholders, product owners and
portfolio owners Coordinate with SMEs to address task sequencing
and to help obtain information necessary to each team Facilitate
and manage workgroups, enabling a culture of collaboration, trust
and disciplined accomplishment of tasks and target dates Establish,
develop and maintain effective relationships with applicable
project stakeholders including but not limited to project team
members, delegated entity teams, internal customers, functional
SMEs, business partners, leadership Document and groom complex
business requirements/solution capabilities for projects requiring
technology changes, with ability to elicit, understand and
articulate customer needs Actively collaborate with IT Solution
Architects and Value Stream Engineers on solution intent for
complex IT contractual requirements and challenges Act as a
resource for others; readily shares knowledge; work closely with
Implementation Director to support overall Growth project and
timelines Ensure operations is protected e.g. drives solutions that
do not require significant adds to staffing, influences direction
away from approaches and strategies that Operations cannot

provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications: 3 years of project management, business
analysis and or product management experience Experience with Agile
methodology Experience with CSP Facets or other medical claims
system platforms Experience with incentives, claims delegation,
encounter or capitation platforms (Understanding of end-to-end
provider & member experience with encounters/claims/payments/TAT
Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow,
benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes Demonstrated
experience in gathering and evaluating requirements in addition to
writing and translating business requirements Solid working
knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast-paced
environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field, (or
equivalent work experience) Experience with AHA and Agile Rally
Experience with One Note / Visio / Excel including Pivot Tables
Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders
Experience interacting and building working relationships with all
levels of personnel Understanding of and/or working knowledge of
Community & State clinical platforms, system analysis, and
Information Technology protocols Exceptional oral and written
communication skills Ability to develop solid networks and ensure
collaboration and consensus building Ability to communicate complex
issues to diverse audiences Ability to capture detailed minutes
during meetings and sharing them with the entire team (including
refined Common Analysis Model (CAM) documentation updates in an
agile format Ability to actively engage & support continuous

industry leader, our commitment to improving lives is second to

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California,
Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City, or Washington
residents is $85,000 to $167,300. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
