Job Description:
Job Summary:The Continuous Improvement Manager analyzes,
maintains, and improves organizational performance. He/she is
responsible for deploying business strategy through collection and
presentation of key performance indicators and executing either as
team lead or coach for corporate and site level initiatives. The
Continuous Improvement Manager will establish training programs to
support Lufkin Continuous Improvement and sustainable process
management systems. To ensure success as the Continuous Improvement
Manager he/she must have strong communication skills, ability to
work as an individual contributor as well as being capable of
identifying and developing internal talent.
Relationships:
Direct Supervisor: Director of Continuous Improvement
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Refer to the applicable competencies listed in the Competency
Management System.
