Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager -
APAC/Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary resource for internal and external client
inquiries related to accounts
Collaborate with Operations teams across regions to ensure
effective customer support and insights
Identify and escalate urgent situations arising from customer and
internal inquiries throughout campaign stages
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience in customer support, preferably in
demand generation or direct database marketing
Fluent in Japanese
Experience with database products and services
Ability to learn and operate SaaS platforms, including Salesforce
and Qlik
Strong self-motivation and independence in work
