Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) This Marketing Manager within the UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement Member Experience team is responsible for the design, development, review, approval and execution of assigned member communications and engagement opportunities. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Work effectively with the team lead to ensure that all assigned projects are effectively managed and executed Develop and execute member marketing strategies that differentiate us in the marketplace and position us as market leaders (e.g., unique capabilities, offerings, functionality) that deliver on our business goals (e.g., Retention, NPS, CAHPS) Cultivate strong trusting relationships with applicable internal business partners to drive support, understanding and collaboration of our member marketing efforts (e.g., Sales/Acquisition, Product Management, Legal/Compliance, Creative Services, Operations, Digital, Data Analytics) Represent member marketing and advocate for the member experience on cross functional work groups Strategically utilize member insights (VOC, research, test/learn) to ensure continuous program improvement and effectiveness. Maximize use of new and emerging marketing distribution channels when developing marketing strategies (e.g., social media, texting, real time offers) Ensure that marketing initiatives/campaigns adhere to applicable processes/procedures/requirements (e.g., spending limits, review/approval processes, branding, regulatory and legal requirements) Analyze and report results of marketing campaigns using applicable metrics (e.g., response frequency) and deploy strategies to optimize future performance Partner with the Marketing Data Analytics team to develop strong campaign measurement plans to provide quantifiable results that can be leveraged to provide ongoing learnings and campaign justification You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 3 years marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer role with proven project management skills developing and implementing multi-channel D2C member campaigns Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional team collaboration Intermediate to expert level proficiency in Adobe and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree Healthcare industry experience or in a related field Live in/within commutable distance to Minnetonka, MN Demonstrated Skills: Proven communication and interpersonal skills; establishing effective cross-functional partnerships and relationships Excellent written & verbal communications skills Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities from inception to completion High degree of organization, strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills Careers at UnitedHealthcare M&R Underwriting & HCE. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
