Description:We are looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language
Pathologist to join our Riverstone center (Missouri City, TX)
pediatric therapy team!Our kids are at the center of everything we
do here at Pine Cone Therapies! As our Speech-Language Pathologist,
you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and
language services to children with a variety of communication and
feeding disorders. As this role is early in the growth of our SLP
program, this is a high impact opportunity to help build out the
SLP program within Pine Cone Therapies.You will work closely with
the child's support system to provide high-quality care according
to current speech-language pathology best practices. Additionally,
you will work with our interdisciplinary team to evaluate the whole
child and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.Benefits

Additionally, this role will help build the SLP in our Pine Cone

role as a Speech-Language PathologistAs a member of our team, you
will:Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication
and feeding disordersDevelop individualized treatment plans and
goals for each client based on their unique needs and
abilitiesProvide one-on-one therapy sessions to help clients
improve their speech, language, social, and feeding skills.Educate
families, staff, and the community on the use of augmentative and
alternative communication (AAC) to support a child's communication
skills.Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, such
as doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists, to ensure our
clients receive comprehensive and coordinated careKeep detailed
records of progress and adjust treatment plans as neededOur
