clients. This position is a Full-Time Opportunity. We’re hiring a
hands-on servant leader Practice Manager who can lead the
day-to-day operations of the hospital while building a strong,
healthy, accountable culture. You’re a present, people-first,
operationally strong veterinary leader who: Leads with servant

mentorship Protects the client experience and goes above and beyond
for pets and the people who love them Partners confidently with
doctors and leadership to keep the hospital running smoothly Brings

Drives performance using key business metrics and KPIs while
keeping people at the center Must-Have Experience & Skills
Veterinary Technician experience is required (you understand
patient flow, standards of care, and real-time support on the
floor) 3 years of veterinary leadership or management experience
Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and fast-paced
workflow Ability to lead with clear expectations, accountability,
and consistency Proven hiring, onboarding, coaching, and
performance development experience Conflict resolution skills are a
must: you address issues early, professionally, and directly, with
emotional intelligence and maturity Strong partnership mindset with
doctors and leadership; able to communicate effectively across
personality styles and temperaments Strong standards around client
experience, communication, and professionalism What You’ll Own (Key
Responsibilities) Lead and support the hospital team with clear
expectations, accountability, and consistency Oversee daily
operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow Partner closely with
doctors to support high-quality medicine and patient care Manage
hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance development Maintain
strong standards for client experience, communication, and
professionalism Collaborate with NVC leadership to support hospital
goals, team development, and long-term success Operational &
Technical Readiness (Required for Success) Confidence in the
business side of the hospital: understands and drives performance
through key KPIs (labor, revenue, scheduling efficiency,
compliance, client experience metrics, etc.) Technology confidence:
experience with Covetrus Pulse is a plus, but must be able to learn
quickly and own the technical duties expected of a Practice Manager

Preferred (Not Required) Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) strongly
preferred LVT preferred Familiarity with DISC and/or
StrengthsFinder (or a strong understanding of how personality
