of a qualified physician, the Mammography Technologist will utilize
equipment which produces ionizing radiation to obtain images for
diagnostic purposes according to policies, procedures, and
protocols of the KSC Radiology Department and Kelsey-Seybold
Clinic. The Mammography Technologist will perform Mammography and
DEXA studies. The Mammography Technologist will utilize the
designated Radiology Information System (RIS) and designated PACS
system. May be assigned to other duties, technical or non-technical
if training, experience, and credentials are deemed adequate by
supervisor to perform those duties. Primary Responsibilities: - Per
Diem Mammography Technologist I - Upon the order of a qualified
physician, the Mammography Technologist will utilize equipment
which produces ionizing radiation to obtain images for diagnostic
purposes according to policies, procedures, and protocols of the
KSC Radiology Department and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - The
Mammography Technologist will perform Mammography and DEXA studies
- The Mammography Technologist will utilize the designated
Radiology Information System (RIS) and designated PACS system - May
be assigned to other duties, technical or non-technical if
training, experience, and credentials are deemed adequate by
supervisor to perform those duties - Per Diem Mammography
Technologist II - Upon the order of a qualified physician, the
Mammography Technologist will utilize equipment which produces
ionizing radiation to obtain images for diagnostic purposes
according to policies, procedures, and protocols of the KSC
Radiology Department and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - The Mammography
Technologist will perform Mammography and DEXA studies - The
Mammography Technologist will utilize the designated Radiology
Information System (RIS) and designated PACS system - May be
assigned to other duties, technical or non-technical if training,
experience, and credentials are deemed adequate by supervisor to
perform those duties - The Mammography Technologist will perform
Mammography and DEXA studies, in addition to general radiographic
studies, fluoroscopic studies, ASC procedures, and/or SCNB
procedures You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance

Required Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED - Graduate of
an approved Radiologic Technology program. 40 hours mammography
training approved by the ARRT and 25 supervised exams to meet the
minimum initial FDA & TMB requirements for mammographers - ARRT (R)
MRT-General Certificate - Employee must attain ARRT(M) within one
year of eligibility - BLS through American Heart Association -
Experience using Microsoft. Working knowledge of mammography
quality assurance measures and accreditation requirements - Proven
excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: - For Per Diem Mammography Technologist
II: - 40 hours mammography training approved by the ARRT to meet
the minimum initial FDA & TMB requirements for mammographers - ARRT
(R)(M) MRT-General Certificate - 2 years of experience in
mammography or 1-year KSC experience in. X-ray and/or SCNB
experience - PACS and RIS experience Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to

hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour
