now hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a Urgent Care Facility in Katy,

job opportunities. Nurse Practitioner Job Details: Schedule: Monday
- Sunday | 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Shift vary) Location: Katy, TX
Temporary to hire Starting Pay Rate: $55.00 hour (based on

and other incentives Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities: Perform
comprehensive medical evaluations, including history and physical
examinations, for patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of urgent care conditions in
accordance with evidence-based practice and clinical protocols.
Demonstrate proficiency in suturing and wound closure techniques,
including management of lacerations and minor procedures. Order,
perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory studies,
imaging, and point-of-care testing. Prescribe medications and
treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans,
medications, and follow-up care. Collaborate with physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and
quality of care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant
documentation within the electronic health record (EHR). Adhere to
all clinical, safety, regulatory, and infection control standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a
positive patient care environment. Education Requirements: High
school diploma or equivalent, required. Active Nurse Practitioner
(NP) license in the applicable state. Current DEA registration
required. DOT Certification Required Job Requirements: Minimum of 1
year of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine required.
Documented competency in suturing and wound closure techniques
required. Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and
procedural skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a
