Job Description Job Description We are seeking an RBT/BT to join
our team! This is a part-time, on-site role for a Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) at Joyful
Journey ABA in Humble, Houston, Sugarland and Missouri City, TX. In
this role, you will provide direct ABA therapy to clients aged 18
months to 18 years, under the supervision of a Board-Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This includes implementing individualized
behavior plans, collecting and analyzing data, and communicating
with families. Responsibilities: Establish open lines of
communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues Offer
assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues Provide
prevention-oriented therapy Implement and review treatment plans
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement
agencies. Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
