Job Description Job Description We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a geriatric Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role reports to the Director of Behavioral Health and focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and initial patient evaluations Facilitate and document group therapy sessions Provide therapy services per Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) and physician orders Participate in treatment planning, clinical team meetings, and program development Maintain timely documentation, billing, and patient safety standards Qualifications Licensed in Texas as LCSW or LPC (required) Geriatric behavioral health experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid a plus Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
