This position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and a desire to excel in a dynamic environment. Provide comprehensive and patient-centered nursing care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient condition and record vital signs, documenting changes and responding swiftly to emergencies. Educate patients and families on condition, treatment plans, and preventive care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and in team settings Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
