Job Description Gastroenterology opening in Beaumont, TX Full-time, permanent opening Private Practice Local Autonomy with National Resources Supported by the nation's leading patient-focused, excellence-driven gastroenterology network Group is looking to add a 6th partner to join their incredibly successful group Great standing in community with high professional ratings Built in referral base - 3k in untouched referrals Bread and butter cases w/ high scope volumes NPs cover clinic call, while providers perform procedures and hospital call. Providers perform ERCPs with the group; they are willing to train if not experienced ASC attached to the clinic Call: 1:6 rotation (on practice patients)* *Well-published visa candidates will be considered via the O-1 Visa sponsorship process Initial $600k protected salary with partnership starting year 3 with earning potential up to $1M As a partner you will also receive equity that will vest over 3 years in the amount of $375k (with a portion held back for tax purposes) $200k signing package* Generous call payLifestyle: The Neches River, Sabine Lake and Gulf of Mexico offer boating, fishing, and water sports for all outdoor lovers to enjoy!
