Inpatient Rehab unit-24 beds Number of Staff 13 fulltime staff- 9 fulltime PT s, 5 Fulltime PTA's | 1 PT PRN/ 2 shared PT s from sister facilities and 3 PTA PRNs, 1 shared PTA from sister facility Type of staff: oMix of PTs and PTAs Patient Ratios 7-8 evaluations per therapist acute, 4-5 on Inpatient Rehab Unit Type of equipment Various Acute and rehab standard equipment EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:(Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimal 6 months in the last year- 1 year experience in PT field Preferred or nice to with these skills will be considered first. Acute Care (preferably 1-year exp but not required; at the discretion of hiring manager), prefer 1 year experience in inpatient rehab, NICU, ICU; willingness to float between acute care and Inpatient rehab if needed. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Evaluations and treatments Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color -Navy blue Unit Guidelines/ feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
