Job Description:
The Ginger Man Midtown is looking for reliable and experienced
cooks. Expectations: Prep hot and cold food according to recipe and
inventory specifications. Prepare and plate dishes to order.
Maintain a clean kitchen Observe food safety regulations and
practices Communicate with FOH staff and management about orders
and concerns Clean and close kitchen at the end of the night on
closing shifts 2+ years experience as line/prep cook required
English required, Spanish a plus Ability to arrive promptly for
scheduled shifts Possible late night hours Must be 21 or over Must
have Texas Food Handlers Certification Apply/Submit a resume
through email, and we will call for applicants to come in for an
interview
