One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENTThis exciting and fast paced opportunity provides administrative and technical human resources support to the Human Resources Manager within our Missouri City plant. They will perform diversified duties, such as; processing and monitoring of our benefit program, recruiting, plant policies and procedures and maintaining all associate personnel files.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESManage attendance program, tracking and recording tardiness or unauthorized personal time as well as paid time off on payroll records. Includes leaves of absence and FMLACompletes monthly HR report with required dataManages local payroll processing: working to resolve issues, insuring payroll completed timely, coordinating with corporate payrollUpdates HRIS with payroll changes, associate moves, requisitions, and other activities as requested within the systemManages full cycle recruiting efforts of hourly and temporary staff, including: sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, reference checksWork with associates on benefit issues and supports annual open enrollment processSet up and maintains all associate records/files, and retains records in accordance to the retention policyMaintains I-9 files within legal requirementsCoordinate and conduct new hire orientationProcesses and responds to short term disability benefit requests/inquiriesAssists the HR Manager in annual preparation and review of AAPTracks and responds to associate complaints/grievances in a timely mannerMaintain a variety of documentation and files as requiredMaintain bulletin boardsAssist with unemployment claims and inquiriesSupport and coordinate community involvement and local associate eventsTrack disciplinary action and support leadership as neededPerforms other related responsibilities as needed to support Rich's business objectivesKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources with minimum of 1 year of practical experienceRecruiting experience strongly preferredTechnical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, prior HRIS experience preferredAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityExcellent communicator- both written and verbal, able to maintain effective relationships with all levels of associatesMust be able to be firm, consistent and positive and represent a professional image at all timesGood presentation skillsSense of urgency with all HR associate issues, with the ability to follow through in a timely mannerAble to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast paced environmentIndependent thinking ability#IND123#LI-AD1#earlycareersRich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"-- -), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
