Our--Sugar Land, TX--Personal Injury Law Firm is growing and actively seeking a Bilingual--(Spanish) Paralegal--with a minimum of 3-5 years of plaintiff litigation paralegal experience. The ideal candidate is interested in growing their career and our law firm, and is a person who shows compassion and who values and fosters open and honest communication. Responsibilities:

--- In this role, your talents will move cases forward by gathering and organizing documents, creating and responding to discovery, calendaring hearings, and communicating with clients and attorneys to create a winning plan for each client.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
--- Bilingual (Spanish) - Ability to speak Spanish fluently
--- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury
--- Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, and the general legal field
--- Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, videoconference software, scanner, etc.
--- Competitive nature with a strong passion for exceeding personal and professional goals
--- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high-energy, growing environment
--- Draft/respond to discovery, create DCOs, and calendar deadlines and appointments
--- Analyze evidence/reports, organize, and track files
--- E-file
--- Schedule depositions
--- Prepare mediation/trial notebooks

Work Style -Hybrid/Remote! Ability to work some days from home after the trial period. Full-time - 8 AM - 5 PM / M-F

The salary for this role is $65,000-$75,000 (or more) annually based on experience.
