Essential Responsibilities:In the role of Electromechanical Assembler, you will:

Perform assembly or adjusting of a semi-repetitive nature where techniques are required using a variety of hand and power tools.Wire products using diagrams, schematics, wire lists, etc.Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and productsIdentify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identifiedEducation & Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent1-2 years electromechanical assembly experience may be requiredSkills:

Basic reading and math skills.Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughlyHigh attention to detail and self-motivation skillsAbility to perform job functions with minimal supervisionLufkin's proud past extends back to the early 20th century when the Lufkin Foundry manufactured railroad and sawmill equipment.
