SUMMARYThe Specialist under the leadership of the Senior Manager, Procurement, is responsible for procurement and contracting activity for TFG, FCI, and GSFS; TFG/FCI-Enterprise contracting & onboarding where agreements are shared by more than one company. The Specialist will assume the role of providing strategic sourcing and procurement support to internal customers, suppliers, and ensuring alignment with FCI objectives. The Specialist will utilize strategic sourcing and category management methodologies to achieve FCI goals, negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including favorable commercial terms to FCI, and support department sourcing and procurement requirements. The Specialist will take action to enhance cross-functional coordination and maintain ongoing communications between customers and suppliers.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.PROCUREMENTEnsure compliance to FIN PoliciesGenerate, monitor and reconcile PO'sResolve blocked invoicesGenerate supplier set-up formsGenerate reports as needed for customers (Year End PO Blanket PO Report, Budget Spend Report, etc.)SOURCING, CONTRACTING, AND ONBOARDINGIdentify risk factors and identify when contracting is required/appropriateRFx development and evaluationServe in the role of Contract Administrator for indirect spend categories and contracts for FCI, TFG, and GSFS and other BU's as needed.Work with internal customers (SME) to define business requirementsLead supplier selection and recommendation activities and analysisCollaborate with IT, Compliance, Legal and Risk to ensure risk is being identified and mitigatedDefine and monitor indicators of stakeholder (customer) satisfaction and continually improve performanceCapture, apply, and facilitate sharing of lessons learned and best practices for negotiation and contractual risk transferUpload Contract/COI's and Metadata as needed into Contracts Management SystemCATEGORY MANAGEMENTCharacterize suppliers for category managementIdentify appropriate opportunities to evaluate the category supply market and consider alternative sourcesIdentify renewals and expirations by using alerts and reporting from Contract Management System.SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE & SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) when needed, monitor performance to KPIs, and facilitate activity to improve supplier performance, value, and stakeholder satisfactionEngage stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate a clear understanding of issues and expectations through Yearly and Quarterly Supplier Reviews with ScorecardsIdentify and differentiate between the need to improve contract terms and conditions and efforts to improve supplier performance QUALIFICATIONSRequires a bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of contracting and on-boarding processesDemonstrated Analytical CapabilityAbility to assess qualitative/quantitative supplier characteristics including: capabilities, sustainability of supply, business/financial strength, quality, and service.Knowledge of business operations and key factors impacting business successesUnderstanding of process components and attributes.Customer Oriented - Continually seeks to understand and act upon customer needs, concerns, and priorities.Expertise in relevant PC applications and systems required in the job, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, familiar SharePoint, a Contracts Management System and an ERP System (Microsoft AX, SAP).Ability to work independently, and work in a fast paced environment with strict time constraintsDemonstrate ability to work well with vendors and internal clientsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
