We have built up a network of channel partners who serve end-users from all over the United States. Our end-users are hobbyists, professionals and industrial customers who 3D print high quality parts using our filaments. From our 40,000 SF facility in Missouri City, TX, we currently manage the production, sales, marketing, planning, and distribution of 3D printing filament for the North America region.POSITION SUMMARYThe Packaging Operator is responsible for labeling and packaging product. Main equipment consists of PCs, label vacuum sealers. POSITION TYPEFull Time, HourlyThe Packaging Operator reports directly to the Shift Lead.Key Responsibilities Preparation of cardboard, paper, and plastic packing materialsPacking and labeling of semi-finished productsOperation of a vacuum sealing machinePalletizing packaged productOperator of a pallet jack or similar non-driven mobile equipmentDocument production rate against shift plan and complete work order informationDocument all equipment, material, and quality issues during shiftFollow all process work instructionsFollow all company environmental, health, and safety standardsStop work authority - STOPS all work if unsafe conditions are identifiedCommunicate areas of improvementKey Expectations:12 Hour Shifts; from 3 - 4 shifts/week (alternating schedule)Reliable transportation to and from the facility High attention to detailWalking, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching are normal expected movements during a shiftPrevious experience working in a manufacturing or refinery facilityWillingness to learn and teach othersOpen to taking both direction and feedback from othersWillingness to learn and adopt core values of the companyPreferred Experience BackgroundPrevious packing or quality experienceTo learn more about Polymaker, please go towww.polymaker.comCompensation and BenefitsPay Range: $14-15/HR commensurate with experience.
