The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.How you will contribute: - You will monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training - You will review Quality Control Records - You will coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process - You will manage the production area, motivate employees to meet their performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures - You will consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns - You will counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvementWhat you bring to Takeda: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification - Frequent bending and reaching.
