Job Description:
Winston & Strawn's Los Angeles office is looking for a mid-level
associate to join the intellectual property litigation group. Ideal
candidates will have three to five years of patent litigation
experience in large law firm. Candidates with degrees in electrical
engineering, computer engineering or equivalent professional
experience preferred. General experience with handling discovery
and briefing in complex cases involving patent or other IP related
law is required. While an undergraduate degree in electrical
engineering is strongly preferred, candidates with other technical
degrees and related coursework and/or experience will be
considered. All candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.
