CDL A Company OTR Driver

Driver Details:

• Coast to Coast, I-25 & East (Denver & East), and I35 & East
  
• 12-14 days out 2-3 days home minimum, may stay out longer if desired.
  
• Solo Drivers - Average 2,500-3,500 miles per week
  
• 100% No Touch with 30-35% Drop & Hook
  
• Mostly Reefer
  
• Minimal Dry Van

    Driver Requirements:
    
    • Minimum 23 years of age
      
    • Minimum 1 years OTR verifiable experience. 8-12 months still acceptable, however anything under 8 Months would need to be approved by Leonard s Safety team.
      
    • NO MAJOR VIOLATIONS ALLOWED
      
    • No more than 2 Minor Moving Violations within the past 12 months
      
    • No more than 3 Minor Moving violations within 36 months
      
    • No more than 3 minor moving violations with any at Fault Accident with in the last 36 months.

      • 2017-2021 Peterbilt s & Freightliner Cascadia -455HP Detroit or Cummins Engines, Automated Transmission, governed @ 68MPH foot & cruise, Tier one virgin tires on steers & Drive Axels, Tri-Pac APU/Park smart idle-free system Magnet mounted deer guards, 1800 Watt Inverter, TV/Microwave Mounts, build in refrigerators, Double bunk well insulated for temp/noise, Premium Leather interior/seat specs, Extra Cabinet Space, Excellent Maintenance Schedule.
