What We Offer:Salaried at $80,000/Year($1538.46 every week, paid by direct deposit)Drivers get home every 3rd weekend for 4 uninterrupted nightsMeiborg is running 2018 to 2021 Kenworth T680s with Cummins X-15s, Leather Seats, KW NavPlus Gauge Display, Disc Brakes in all wheel positions, Inverters and APUsTrucks are set at 69mph with an extra 5 miles a day at 73mph using the smart pass featureMeiborg mainly hauls 80% of our freight within the MidwestMost drop and hook freight is based in the MidwestWe run 200 trucks and 500 trailersWe do not force dispatch NYCWe mainly haul snack foods, empty cans, forklifts and construction materialsMajor Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability and Free Chiropractic401k 25% company match on 1st 5%, fully vested after 3 yearsPTO:Year 1 - 1 WeekYear 2 - 2 WeeksYear 10 - 3 Weeks$500 Referral BonusPet Friendly Requirements:High school diploma or GED is preferredClass A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)A clean driving recordDrivers must have at least 12 months of OTR experience to qualifySound knowledge of road safety regulationsThe ability to use road maps and GPS devicesThe ability to work long hoursStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills Meiborg has been around since 1981 with several drivers having been with the company for over 30 years.
