As we grow rapidly, will you "Dare to Grow" with us?Pay range: $210,000.00YOUR ROLEAs the Regional Head for CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL), you will manage the regional P&L, ensure service delivery, oversee operations in control towers in Houston TX, Jacksonville FL, Detroit MI, Mexico, and Latin America, and lead business development by expanding CLL activities focusing on strategic sectors like Automotive, Industrial (including Aerospace & Defense), and Healthcare.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage top-line revenues, develop new business with existing clients, and lead US/Latam business development, focusing on Ceva Century & Elite accounts.
• Execute sector-specific business development activities in collaboration with sector leads and global BD teams for Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industry, Healthcare.
• Support regional growth by working closely with the Global CLL 4PL Solution Development team.
• Define market-specific expectations for CLL 4PL Solution Design & Technology teams.
• Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure renewals.
• Apply internal pricing transfer guidelines for multi-regional contracts as instructed by the CLL 4PL Global Leader.
• Ensure reliable KPI reporting and quality QBRs, leading QBRs with US-based customers.
• Support Control Tower Managers with HR functions.
• Provide timely monthly P&L forecasts and actual results in collaboration with finance teams.
• Develop and submit budgets, quarterly P&L outlooks at EBITDA level, and support performance improvement initiatives within regional control towers.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • At least 12 years of experience in business development, account management, operations, and P&L management within the logistics industry, including line management of sizable teams.
  • Proven success in air, ocean, and ground operations.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and customer service.
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
  • International experience, especially in Asia, Europe, or the US, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices, including carbon footprint reduction and reporting.
