Laboratory Technician, you should have: - High school diploma or
equivalent required; BS in a life science-related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of laboratory experience in biotech or healthcare, with
comfort using specialized lab instruments and software. - Basic
computer proficiency, including navigating multiple systems such as
LIS and standard office applications. - Solid problem-solving,
communication, organization, and time-management skills with strong
attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in
both independent and team environments. Your responsibilities as
the Laboratory Accessioner will include: - Accession and document
specimens accurately, including labeling, data entry, and
verification of patient and specimen information. - Ensure specimen
integrity and workflow readiness by identifying issues, taking
corrective action, and properly handling, organizing, and archiving
samples. - Follow all laboratory protocols, safety procedures, and
regulatory standards to maintain compliance and quality. -
Coordinate logistics and communication with internal teams and
external partners to support timely deliveries, problem resolution,
and accurate test orders. - Maintain an efficient, well-organized
work environment, including inventory management, equipment care,
