Location: El Campo Dentistry & Orthodontics – El Campo, TX Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon to join our team 1–2 days per month to provide in-house surgical care for our growing patient base. This role is ideal for a specialist looking to supplement their schedule in a well-established, community-focused practice. Responsibilities - Perform surgical extractions (including impacted third molars) - Provide minor bone grafting and related oral surgery procedures - Evaluate cases and collaborate with general dentists on treatment planning - Deliver clear pre- and post-operative patient education Qualifications - DDS/DMD and completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency - Active Texas dental license - Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach - Ability to provide IV sedation What We Offer - Flexible scheduling (1–2 days/month) - Historical Surgical daily production $8,000-$20,000 - Competitive compensation - Supportive clinical team and established referral base
