Great Pay to $38K Description: Title: Floating Member Specialist Job Description: Responsible to the Regional Sales Manager for identifying and discussing the financial needs of new and existing members. Explores and defines opportunities for Credit Union products/services to meet current and future needs of existing and new members. Responsible and Accountable for: ? Responsible for accurately providing paying and receiving service to members. ? Responsible for handling and securing large volumes of cash and other negotiable items. ? Provides immediate, accurate, efficient and courteous service to members. ? Comply with all record keeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act for wire funds transfers of $3,000 or more, or for monetary instruments for the sale of official checks, money orders, and travelers cheques in amounts of $3,000 to $10,000 purchased by members with cash. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ? Ability to successfully sell Credit Unions products and services to achieve organizational, team, and individual goals. ? Ability to execute follow up sales techniques ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills marked by a high level of professionalism with sales perspective. ? Ability to complete accurate and timely currency transaction reports as required by the Bank Secrecy Act. ? The ability to handle multiple tasks within specified deadlines. ? A self motivated individual who can work independently with a strong initiative.
