Job Description:

Fraud/Dispute Claims Processing Associate for Nationwide Bank Galleria Area. $12.79/hr. Processing 60 to 100 claims per day for dispute/fraud activity on ATM/Debit cards.

Responsible for functions related to the identification, prevention, and resolution of fraudulent activity including review of new accounts, unusual client transactions, card fraud, signature verification. Identify, research and analyze possible fraudulent activity on client accounts and process client fraud/dispute claims. Monitors reports and systems which identify potential fraudulent activity. Follows policies and procedures, handles routine less complex situations, and investigates and resolve client reported fraud incidents.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Basic PC skills including Excel, Work, and Outlook. Strong oral and written communication skills. Basic skills in research and problem resolution typically obtained via 2 years of banking or other equivalent work experience.
